The six steps of the writing process are as follows:
1. Understanding the task
2. Gathering Data
3. Invention
4. Drafting
5. Revising
6. Editing
I am similar in ways of step number three, where I do a lot of brainstorming, and thinking before I start a paper, I ask questions about how this is to be written and so on.
I spend the most time on the invention stage, I free write before I start writing on the topic itself.
I dont spend a lot of time on revising and editing.
